Lean Practitioner courses
Following an initial operational diagnostic, delegates are trained in the key lean tools and techniques and coached in the change management processes that are necessary to ensure improvements are implemented correctly and are sustainable.
Each session includes practical simulations to enhance learning and to provide delegates with practical, hands-on experience so they can apply the tools back in the business.
Throughout the programme delegates will deliver an in-company improvement project the results of which, together with the personal development gained from the programme will be presented at a celebratory event.

In this 2 day interactive programme the core lean manufacturing tools and techniques will be learnt along with how they can be applied to the delegates own workplace.
